Our story
Behind the mission
Don't-Dis-Abilities was built from love — and from living it every single day.
Craig & his wife
Living with MS, Scoliosis & degenerative eye disease
My wife lives with multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, and a degenerative eye condition. Every day, she navigates a world that wasn't designed with her in mind — and every day, she does it with more grace and strength than most people will ever know.
As her caregiver and partner, I've watched the wellness industry fail her over and over. Advice that doesn't apply. Resources that assume a body that works differently than hers. Spaces that treat disability as a footnote.
Don't-Dis-Abilities exists because of her. Because she — and every person navigating disability — deserves a platform that actually sees them. This community is our answer to a world that too often looks away.
On caregiving
“Caregiving isn't a burden. It's a privilege — and one of the most invisible forms of labor in our society. We're here to change that.”
We believe caregivers deserve community too. If you're supporting someone you love through disability, chronic illness, or complex health challenges — you belong here just as much as they do.
